This Tulum Destination wedding was a very special one for us because we had already had the honour of documenting the weddings of the groom's brother in Florida and before that his sister in Italy.
So for us is was a big reunion within their union. We felt so privileged to be asked to come to Tulum, Mexico to photograph the three day celebration of their love. All of this was wonderfully coordinated by Aimee Monihan the owner of Tropical Occasions.
Brittany & Ryan chose Tulum because they had travelled there many times together, they were always drawn to Tulum because of its laid back vibe immersed in nature. It is an area of Mexico full of rich history and it is a highly spiritual site, being so close to Mayan ruins.
Their ceremony took place in the late afternoon on the magical beach of Zorba Villas. The reception moved on to the Chiringuito Beach Hotel, where they ate on the beach under a full moon.
The jaw-dropping table settings and colourful flowers were skilfully crafted by the talented Floral designer Vanessa Jaimes and her team.
What a magical three days, everything lined up to make it unforgettable for everyone involved.
